Borrowing, debt relief, reservation
A Library member can borrow 4 books at once for 14 days.
The books must be returned or renewed at the end of the term. The book loan term can be extended a maximum of two times. The loan term of books for which a reservation has been made cannot be extended.
The user can reserve publications orally, by phone, or electronically. The deadline for picking up the reserved copy is two days.
Information about users who borrowed library materials is confidential information.
User education
The library organises workshops on education, information literacy, and finding and evaluating information sources for its users. Workshops can be individual or group, depending on the user's interest. We invite users to contact us if they need any form of instruction.
Bibliometric services
Bibliometric services are intended for Faculty employees. The Library produces:
- confirmation of the representation and citation of the scientist's works in the relevant databases
Representation, i.e. the indexing of scientific papers, is checked in the relevant databases prescribed by the Rulebook on the conditions for selection into scientific positions of the National Council for Science and the additional Guidelines of the Parent Committees on preparing the Report for scientific selection.
Interlibrary loan
The Library cooperates with other institutions to provide the best possible services to its users and enable users of different institutions to access its collection, aiming to strengthen cooperation.
Books and photocopies of articles are ordered through interlibrary loans.
Users send the Library a written request for interlibrary loan (form).
Borrowed materials can only be used by Library users on the Library's premises.

Institutional Repository of Faculty
An institutional repository gathers, permanently stores, and allows open access to digital versions of scientific research and the intellectual and creative property of an institution, its employees, and students. The repository stores students’ M.A. and B.A. theses, dissertations, pre-print papers, scientific and professional papers, research data, books, teaching materials, images, video and audio files, presentations, and digitised material.
