Applying to Study at the Faculty of Tourism and Rural Development in Pozega

Enrolment applications for study programmes and programme selection are done electronically through the National Information System for Applications to Higher Education Institutions (NISpVU) on the website www.postani-student.hr. You can find information about how to apply online at www.postani-student.hr and www.studij.hr.

To enrol in the Bachelor's and professional Bachelor's degree programmes at the Faculty of Tourism and Rural Development in Pozega, candidates must have completed a four-year secondary school and passed the state graduation exam (matura). The selection process is conducted through the National Information System for Applications to Higher Education Institutions (NISpVU).

Candidates are evaluated based on their success in all grades of secondary school and the subjects they passed in the state graduation exams.

Candidates who completed their four-year secondary education before 2010 are eligible to take the state graduation exams, which are a requirement for enrolling in the study programmes. Even if they do not pass the state graduation exams, they can still apply for study programmes; however, they will not receive points related to that part of the evaluation. In this case, they will compete for enrolment based solely on the grades obtained during their secondary education.

Croats who completed a four-year secondary school outside the Republic of Croatia are eligible to enrol in the Bachelor's and professional Bachelor's degree programmes in the first year as full-time students according to a special enrolment quota.

Candidates from other EU member states must meet the same criteria as Croatian citizens. Those who completed a secondary school programme in a country with an established external evaluation system can apply to study at any faculty of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, with their final exam results recognised as part of the state graduation exams. Additionally, they must meet other requirements set by a faculty.
