Erasmus + Staff Mobility for Training – Report

From October 21 to 25, 2024, as part of the Erasmus+ staff mobility for training Maja Čabraja, univ. mag. oec., Brigita Zubović, oec. and Ivana Mikić, univ. mag. oec., visited the University of Economics - Varna in Bulgaria, a new partner institution of the University of Josip Juraj Strossmayer in Osijek, the Faculty of Tourism and Rural Development in Požega, and thus international cooperation began.

As part of the mobility, a tour of professional services was organized (international cooperation office, financial service, library and reading room and other services). A meeting was held with the Office for International Cooperation employees, Assis. Prof. Slavena Tsoneva, Ph.D., head, and Assis. Prof. Selvet Niyazieva, Ph.D., coordinator, with whom the possibilities of student exchange (study and professional practice), potential joint projects, cooperation in the organization of conferences, paper reviewers, etc. were agreed upon. The financial service was also visited, and a meeting was held with employees and head Marina Karacholova, as well as the library, reading room, and other services. We also had the opportunity to observe the graduation ceremony.
