Presentations of Study Programs to High School Graduates in Tourism Schools in the Lika and Zadar Regions

During promotional visits by faculty representatives, Vice Deans Marko Šostar and Berislav Andrlić, along with Business and Procurement Associate and faculty alumnus Milan Paun, study programs, teaching resources, scholarship and employment opportunities, as well as the specifics of social and student life in Požega, were presented to potential high school graduates. The presentations were held in tourism, hospitality, and economics schools in Korenica, Benkovac, and Zadar, garnering interest from students and their subject teachers who actively participated in discussions and questions following the presentations.


Promotional materials, including caps, t-shirts, flyers, posters, calendars, and keychains with QR codes leading to a website containing all necessary enrollment information, were distributed to attendees. The presentations emphasized topics such as sustainable development, regional competitiveness, selective forms of tourism, digital technologies in tourism, quality management, development projects and EU funds, green and digital transitions, tourism attraction foundations, digital advertising, rural tourism, and more, supported by practical examples from scientific insights in the field of tourism and related activities.
