An Erasmus+ mobility for the purpose of staff training and a study visit was successfully carried out at the partner institution, Kristianstad University in Sweden, which is a member of the Colours project, from November 3 to 7, 2025.
The mobility was attended by staff members Marija Karadža, Antonija Marinclin, and Ivana Mikić, who were assigned to various services and departments related to their job roles. Marija Karadža spent her time with a professor of Kinesiology at the Faculty of Education Sciences, participating in meetings and practical exercises with students. Antonija Marinclin had meetings, workshops, and training sessions in the University Library, while Ivana Mikić attended training, workshops, and seminars in the International Relations Office, which included working with the Colours network project manager and participating in classes for foreign students at the Faculty of Economics.
Assoc. Prof. Josip Mesić, Ph.D., was on a study visit to the Department of Gastronomy, where he conducted classes as a guest lecturer. He also held meetings with professors regarding potential cooperation in the form of joint research and projects.
All participants collectively took part in a workshop on academic writing, a workshop on cooking traditional Swedish food with Erasmus students, a sensory analysis of blackcurrant jam, and a Croatian wine tasting workshop organized by Assoc. Prof. Josip Mesić, Ph.D. The mobility also included a visit to the University Library in Lund.
The visit to the partner university in Kristianstad represents an important segment in the implementation of the strategy of our University and Faculty, aimed at internationalization, strengthening academic excellence, and expanding international partnerships.
