Report on the realization of Erasmus+ mobility - Cyprus

From April 28 to May 2, 2025, as part of the Erasmus+ KA1 staff mobility program for training and teaching, representatives from the Faculty of Tourism and Rural Development in Požega - Mirjana Jeleč Raguž, Verica Budimir, and Nikola Raguž - took part in a mobility visit to Internapa College in Sotira, Cyprus.

During their stay, they held working meetings with the College Management and the Erasmus+ Coordinator, and toured the institution’s facilities, including lecture halls, administrative offices, and teaching bases. Particular attention was given to the practical training site – the bar, where hands-on classes are conducted for students of the Hospitality and Tourism Management programs (Bachelor’s and Master’s), as well as participants of the Certificate in Professional Bartending lifelong learning program. The visit provided an opportunity to exchange experiences on teaching organization, internship implementation, and higher education management.

As part of the mobility, the participants also delivered lectures to Internapa College students and presented the Faculty of Tourism and Rural Development in Požega, using the Faculty’s official presentation materials.

In addition to the official program, participants took the opportunity to explore the cultural and culinary offerings of Sotira, Ayia Napa, and the surrounding areas, enriching the overall experience and deepening their understanding of the local context.
