Erasmus+ Mobility in Novo Mesto

From October 6th to 10th, 2025, as part of the Erasmus+ programme, Assistant Professors Katarina Štavlić, PhD and Katarina Potnik Galić, PhD, together with external associate Igor Štavlić, MSc, visited the partner institution GRM Novo Mesto – Centre of Biotechnics and Tourism in Novo Mesto, Slovenia.

In addition to presenting the Faculty of Tourism and Rural Development in Požega, the lecturers held classes for first-year students of the Nature Preservation and Landscape Management and Gastronomy and Hospitality study programmes.

Besides professional topics, students were introduced to the study programmes of the Faculty of Tourism and Rural Development in Požega, opportunities for studying, and other activities, as well as the Erasmus+ mobility programme.

Along with the official part of the visit, which included lectures and meetings, there was also time to explore various cultural and gastronomic attractions in Novo Mesto.
