Within the framework of the Erasmus+ mobility programme, the Faculty of Tourism and Rural Development hosted Professors İlhan Kayacan, Mehmet Özsoy, and Melih Sever from the partner institution, Suleyman Demirel University in Isparta, Republic of Türkiye.
During their stay at the Faculty, an expert lecture entitled 'The Social Welfare System and Social Work' was delivered to students, attended by local students and Erasmus+ students from Türkiye, India, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine. The lecture focused on the exchange of knowledge, experience and examples of good practice.
In addition to teaching, the professors held working meetings with the Vice Deans of the Faculty and the Erasmus Coordinator. They discussed previous cooperation, explored opportunities to further develop partnership relations, strengthened student and staff mobility, and planned future joint activities.
The visit enhanced the Faculty's internationalisation, developed interinstitutional cooperation, and promoted the exchange of academic experience.
